JEWELM, a division of California-based 1928 Jewelry Company, has signed a licensing agreement with Marvel Entertainment to produce a collection of super hero fashion jewelry and novelty items.

The program will launch in spring 2012 at all major department stores, as well as specialty and online retailers, and will feature costume jewelry adorned with super heroes such as Thor, Spiderman, Captain America and Iron Man. Accessories for men and women will also be available including body jewelry, belt buckles, cufflinks, pendants, bracelets, earrings and rings.

The agreement comes on the heels of Marvel’s recent retail collection deal with P.S. from Aéropostale
