As Wonder Woman gears up for its big-screen debut on June 2, Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) and DC Entertainment have kicked off a global licensing program to promote the heroine’s first solo feature film.
Things have kicked off with a first-to-market deal with global toy partner Mattel and Walmart that includes an exclusive two-pack doll set featuring Wonder Woman and her ally Steve Trevor. Other film-inspired dolls and role-play toys are also in Walmart stores exclusively through April 28, after which time the line will become available at other retails.
Additionally, Walmart will debut exclusive products from Jakks Pacific, Funko (pictured) and Fisher-Price in May.
