With a third season commission of preschool series Zou in-hand, French prodco Cyber Group Studios is positioning itself for growth with the addition of new studio and distribution execs, as well as a number of internal promotions.

Studio head Olivier Lelardoux (pictured) is being upped to the position of SVP animation and associate producer. Reporting to Lelardoux is former Studio 100 exec Jacques Romeu, who becomes studio executive producer, new developments.

On the distribution front, former Moonscoop senior exec Marie Conge has been named VP of sales, acquisitions and new media, taking the reins from Carole Brin , who departed from her role yesterday after seven years with the company.

Conge will work alongside Emmanuel Dereau, who hails from Canal Plus and Mediamétrie. Dereau is now overseeing sales in Latin American and Asia.

Meanwhile, Cyber Group sales executive Silène Chaves has been promoted to international sales manager, where, in addition to her existing responsibilities, she will oversee sales in the MENA region and all issues related to dubbing and servicing of clients. She has been joined by Younès Menouar, formerly media manager at Transatlantic Video and TF1, who is now Cyber Group’s traffic executive.

The appointments comes as Cyber Group ramps up its production output, which includes the third season of preschool series Zou. Delivery to Disney EMEA is slated for next fall, bringing the number of Zou episodes to more than 150.
