Coming off its Annie nomination, Toronto, Canada-based Guru Studio’s preschool series Justin Time has picked up home entertainment and music distribution partners across the US, Canada, Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland (GAS).

In the US and Canada, where Justin Time airs on Sprout and Family Channel, respectively, distributor Cinedigm has signed on for home video rights, as well as transactional VOD rights in the US. Cinedigm is now prepping three DVDs for rollout to major US and Canadian retailers this spring. The company also holds aggregation deals with iTunes, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon.

Over in GAS, Guru’s licensing agent Super RTL Licensing has brokered a five-year deal with Edel AG that will see the German company distribute Justin Time DVDs and music CDs across all retail distribution platforms in the GAS region. It’s currently broadcast on Super RTL’s preschool block, Toggolino.
