Children’s IP specialist Ludorum has announced three new UK promotions, upping Natalie Setton (pictured) to head of international sales, Dawn Bushnell to senior product development and approval manager, and Laura Bond to brand executive.

Setton, who moves up from her role as international sales and licensing manager, will head up the company’s international sales operations focusing on its Asian operations. Prior to joining Ludorum in 2008, she was TV Toonland’s sales executive for Asia.

Bushnell, who started at Ludorum in 2009 after a three-year stint with HIT Entertainment, was most recently the company’s product development and approval manager. In her new role, she will work closely with toy partner  TOMY on future toy product development for Ludorum’s Chuggington brand.

Rounding out the promotions, Laura Bond, who joined Ludorum in 2010 as creative coordinator, moves into her new brand executive position from her role as associate product development and approval manager.

As brand executive, Bond will continue to support Bushnell in product development and will also report to Setton with brand management responsibilities for European markets including Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
