Infinity Ring multi-platform tween series gets global campaign

Scholastic’s new multi-platform time travel adventure series for tweens, Infinity Ring, is set to launch on August 28th in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand with the release of Book 1: A Mutiny in Time by bestselling author James Dashner.

The latest series, which comes on the heels of Scholastic’s international best-selling series The 39 Clues, features seven books in total that incorporate interactive maps and an online 3D game experience where users travel back in time to fix history. The game will also be available for smartphones, iOS and Android tablets.

A special sneak peak is currently available at until August 27th and a preview of the game introduction can be viewed here on YouTube.

The global campaign for the series kicks off in the US with TV, online and print support throughout the fall. A national “Infinity Ring Rewrite History” classroom writing contest sponsored by Scholastic Book Clubs and a publicity tour featuring James Dashner will also be included in the launch.
