Sesame Street eBooks hits the NOOK

In celebration of Elmo’s birthday tomorrow, a collection Sesame Street titles featuring popular characters such as Grover, Elmo and Abby are now available to Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet and NOOK Color customers in North America.

Seven titles, including The Monster at the End of This Book (eBook with audio only), will be launched for the NOOK Book collection and 19 more will follow.

The first seven titles are available for purchase in the NOOK store.

New York-based publisher Callaway Digital Arts is also marking Elmo’s birthday by releasing a new video for its Another Monster at the End of This Book app for iPhone and iPad. The app stresses the importance of reading skills, hand-eye coordination, letter recognition and teamwork to children.
