Spanish animation will be hitting the US big time this fall as KidsWB! on The CW has picked up Iron Kid for its Saturday morning terrestrial block.

Co-produced by BRB Internacional, Screen 21, Manga Entertainment, Designstorm, Daewon Media, and TVE, the 26 ep CGI series revolves around Marty, a boy from the future who discovers a robotic arm that gives him unknown powers and places him in centuries-old epic battles.

The series, which will be dubbed Eon Kid on KidsWB!, premiered on Korea’s KBS and then was launched in Europe through Jetix France and Jetix Spain.

Other deals announced earlier this year include sales to TVE (Spain) and TV1(Portugal), Space Toon TV (Middle East) and Mediaset (Italy).
