As part of a restructure following the merger of Kidz Entertainment with EEMC earlier this year, the company has bumped former VP of licensing Anna Lisa McBride all the way up to the post of CEO.

With McBride as CEO, the newly configured company now has a three-person board of directors headed by chairman Morten Geschwendtner, who’s also taking on the mantle of president of licensing and special projects. Claus Tømming, meanwhile, is the president of entertainment, and KJ Istok will look after territory expansion as president of emerging markets.

Kidz Entertainment is now the largest integrated brand marketing agency in the Nordic territory, and has made significant inroads into Eastern Europe.
