Flamingo lands on Jetix US

Toronto, Canada-based Breakthough Animation has landed a US broadcast home for Captain Flamingo. Jetix is picking up all 52 half hours of the animated series for its programming block on Toon Disney, as well as 44 minutes of additional Flamingo content produced especially for the internet and mobile platforms.

Toronto, Canada-based Breakthough Animation has landed a US broadcast home for Captain Flamingo. Jetix is picking up all 52 half hours of the animated series for its programming block on Toon Disney, as well as 44 minutes of additional Flamingo content produced especially for the internet and mobile platforms. The agreement follows a renewal from Jetix Europe, and Captain Flamingo has also been licensed to YTV (Canada), Nickelodeon Australia, ABC TV (Australia), Nickelodeon Latin America and VRAK TV (Canada).
