Spanish animation company Zinkia Entertainment has partnered with Vodafone Spain to create the country’s first kids mobile TV channel. Pocoyo TV is based on the popular 104 x seven-minute preschool series and the streamed channel bows this month on Vodafone Live! The new service offers viewers the chance to watch back-to-back eps of the award-winning animated series on demand, in either English or Spanish. And in addition to its success on the small screen, Pocoyo has developed an online following on its official website, which has entertained more than three million wallpaper, episode and screensaver downloads.

The CGI series co-produced by Zinkia and Granada International airs in more than 100 territories, and is currently broadcast on Spanish nets TVE, LA 2 and Boomerang.
