HIT Entertainment has been having a busy market, announcing a number of deals this week across the London-based IP company’s production and merch spheres. To start, breaking out of its preschool realm, HIT has gone into development with UK prodco Cocaban and Korean animation studio SAMG on a new boys six to eight property called T5.

T5 centers around a collection of household pets that form the T5 racing team and the series should be ready to take a formal bow at next year’s MIPCOM.

Additionally, HIT announced an agreement with UK-based Animated Adventures & Pictures to rep UK home entertainment rights and worldwide TV distribution rights for The Likeaballs, the official cartoon of the Premier League. The 26 x 10-minute series that targets the six to 11 demo, had runs on BBC1, BBC2, and CBBC from June 2006 through 2007. Currently, the series airs weekdays on CBBC at 7 a.m.

And lastly, HIT has picked up TV distribution rights to UK toonhouse Spargo Productions Pic series, including Willo the Wisp, Little Monsters and Microscopic Milton.
