Air Hogs distributor Toronto, Canada-based Spin Master and Hong Kong’s Silverlit Toys Manufactory have filed a joint lawsuit against US retailer KB Toys and Westminster Inc. in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virgina. The pair are demanding a halt to sales of the Thunder Wolf Mini Indoor MicroLite Helicopter.

The lawsuit contends that KB and Westminister conspired to copy the popular Air Hogs Havoc Heli with their own version, the Thunder Wolf. In addition to an injunction against further sales, the lawsuit is also seeking damages on past sales. Spin Master and Silverlit successfully obtained an injunction earlier in the year against Hobbytron for selling a product similar to the Air Hogs Havoc Heli.
