Discovery Kids Latin America has snapped up all 52 x 12-minute eps of toon series Sea Princesses from Australian distributor Southern Star.
Based on the original book Princesas do Mar,created by Brazilian author Fabio Yabu, the series was commissioned by the Seven Network Australia and produced by Southern Star Entertainment and Neptuno Films Production in association with Flamma Films.
A second series is currently in production and Neptuno continues to distribute the series in Spain and Portugal and all licensing and merchandising rights in Latin America will be negotiated by Flamma Films with Southern Star distributing outside of these rights.
