TV-Loonland continues to ink deals for its critically acclaimed 65 x 11-minute preschool series Little Princess, with more than seven new broadcasters snapping up the show.
TV rights for both seasons have now been acquired by Cartoon Network Spain and Canadian provincial pubcaster TV Ontario, while Canal J. France 5, ABC Australia, Minimax Poland and RUV Iceland have all committed to the second season. And in Italy, the wee royal is soon to make her debut on RAI TRE.
Home entertainment deals, meanwhile, have been locked down with Portugal’s LNK Audiovisual, Universal Pictures Video for French speaking Europe and Polish Cass Film Entertainment.
On the merch front, TVL has just singed a deal with Panini, which will publish a Little Princess activity magazine for German-speaking European territories starting in 2008.
