Blueprint Kids and National Geographic Kids’ Entertainment have launched The Great Kookamunga Challenge, an online game based on the kids comedy-adventure toon Iggy Arbuckle for Canadian broadcaster Teletoon.

The Great Kookamunga Challenge interactive game was created by online production partner Toronto, Canada-based zinc Roe Design and produced by Anne-Sophie Brieger. The interactive experience builds upon characters and storylines from the National Geographic Kids/Blueprint-produced series, and places them in a race-like scenario where players compete to explore every corner of the Kookamunga National Park. The challenge takes place in real-time, with player progress and new clues being revealed on-air as participants race to visit all 115 checkpoints and earn points by playing a variety of games and answering show-related trivia.

The environmentally friendly Iggy Arbuckle has scored worldwide broadcast deals, but the game is rolling out initially on Teletoon’s website at www.teletoon.com/kookamunga.
