London-based Copyright Promotions Licensing Group (CPLG) has landed pan-European licensing rights for Rocket Boy & Toro, the new 2-D comedy slated to bow on CBBC in late 2008.

Aimed at kids five to eight year olds, the 52 x 11-minute toon is a Korean/UK co-pro from Korea’s Imagestone, Cosgrove Hall Films and Village Productions. And while CPLG starts prepping the merch program launch and rollout, London-based Indigo Film & TVis handling international distribution for the series.
