People Moves: Hasbro appoints new entertainment GM

Coming off a banner year with a Transformers series and film sequel in the works, Pawtucket, Rhode Island-based toy titan Hasbro has made a key appointment to keep the momentum going. Former Fox exec Lisa Licht is taking up the newly created role of GM of entertainment and licensing.

Coming off a banner year with a Transformers series and film sequel in the works, Pawtucket, Rhode Island-based toy titan Hasbro has made a key appointment to keep the momentum going. Former Fox exec Lisa Licht is taking up the newly created role of GM of entertainment and licensing.

Licht most recently held the post of EVP of global marketing partnerships at Twentieth Century Fox, and is now working on building upon Hasbro’s entertainment industry relationships and growing its licensing programs globally.

Prior to joining Fox, Licht was VP of marketing at Mattel, where she managed the worldwide Barbie line.
