People moves: Sony Pictures Television International bolsters sales team

Sony Pictures Television International is staffing up its London sales office with a number of exec appointments.

Formerly based at SPTI’s Mexico City office, Alexander Marin joins the company’s European headquarters as VP of sales, and takes on the responsibility for distribution in Scandinavia and the Benelux countries. Marin will oversee SPTI’s sales drive of Sony Pictures content across all distribution platforms and windows in the region.

Mark Young has joined SPTI as sales director and is now looking after sales across Central and Eastern Europe. Michael Dick, meanwhile, joins SPTI as sales manager, covering Greece, Turkey, Middle East and Israel and Oi Yee WongM takes the same post to manage sales in the UK and Ireland.
