People moves: qubo adds marketing talent

Cable marketing vet Joanna Lisanti has been named VP of marketing for qubo, the US kids TV and online entertainment service.

In this role, Lisanti will oversee all aspects of ad sales and affiliate and consumer marketing. She will help build awareness of qubo’s on-air and online program offerings that promote literacy and positive values.

Prior to joining qubo, Lisanti served as a producer at C2 Creative, supporting various cable Upfront presentations. She also worked in marketing at Viacom for more than a decade on Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, VH1 and Viacom corporate initiatives.

The qubo is broadcast in both English and Spanish and is available in all markets served ION Television station, as well as via Verizon’s FIOS TV, AT & T U-Verse, Mediacom and Comcast.
