• PBS KIDS is marking Earth Day with PBS KIDS Share the Earth Day, a special programming and online event on Tuesday, April 22 featuring Curious George, Clifford and Arthur. As well, there will be an Earth Day expert Q&A with Jamie Durie, host of The Victory Garden. Durst will be discussing how to introduce gardening concepts to kids and what they can learn by digging in the dirt online at pbsparents.org.
• Cartoon Network‘s Sunday, February 24 premiere telecast of Pokémon 10: Rise of Darkal at 7 p.m. was the top-rated program of the day with kids six to 11 and boys six to 11, earning an overall ratings share of 6.8, capturing 1,435,000 viewers. The numbers spike considerably with the boys demo, where the show marked a 10.4 share, attracting 1,115,000 male viewers.
