Sesame Workshop has hooked up with Lucky Kid and Lucky Brand Jeans for a limited-edition apparel line featuring classic Sesame Street characters, including Grover, Cookie Monster and Ernie.
The collection will include t-shirts, hoodies and jackets, and will launch in Lucky Kid stores, select Lucky Brand Jeans stores and online at luckybrandjeans.com this spring. T-shirts, such as one featuring Elmo touting ‘P’ is for Peace, start at US$28 apiece.
This marks Lucky Brand’s second foray into cross-branding with a kids entertainment property. Last October the company featured Nickelodeon’s The Naked Brothers Band on a trendy apparel and accessories line.
