Imperial Toy to acquire One Stop Toy

North Hills, California-based Imperial Toy, a manufacturer of proprietary bubble and novelty toys, is acquiring One Stop Toy Co., a leading manufacturer of lower price-point licensed toys.

North Hills, California-based Imperial Toy, a manufacturer of proprietary bubble and novelty toys, is acquiring One Stop Toy Co., a leading manufacturer of lower price-point licensed toys.

According to company officials, One Stop will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperial and will expand its line of toys and novelties.

Imperial Toys manufacturers bubble toys under license for Nickelodeon, Universal and HIT Entertainment.
