HIT inks iTunes deal

London, UK-based HIT Entertainment has made a portion of its content stable available for download at the UK iTunes store.

London, UK-based HIT Entertainment has made a portion of its content stable available for download at the UK iTunes store.

Set to launch next month, HIT content on iTunes UK will feature more than 20 hours culled from its library, including eps from Barney, Bob the Builder, Thomas & Friends and Captain Pugwash.

Downloads will ring in at US$3.75 apiece, and are formatted for viewing on Macs or PCs, video-enabled iPods, the iPhone or Apple TV.

HIT plans to further expand its offering to include other properties in its portfolio throughout the year.
