Turner Broadcasting’s UK arm has hired digital creative agency Ralph to produce an online promo game for Robotboy, the Cartoon Network series from French prodco Alphanim about a battle-bot that has the ability to think and feel like a real boy.

This marks the first time that Cartoon Network has used a viral campaign to promote one of its series. Robotboy: Professor Moshimo’s Robot Testing Lab, and will be available at www.robotboy.co.uk.

The Robotboy site will also include clips from the show, wallpapers and character information. Cartoon Network will promote the game via its existing database and on its website www.cartoonnetwork.co.uk. Additionally Ralph will seed it online to bloggers, message boards and forums.
