Justin Che has been promoted to SVP of international new media licensing for NBC Universal International Television Distribution, while Sandra Chang has been bumped up to VP of the same division.

In his new position, Che will support all aspects of new media licensing for NBC Universal’s product outside of the US and Canada, focusing on the Asian region, including Australia.

Chang’s primary focus, meanwhile, will be on France, Spain and Latin America, including Brazil.

Che was most recently VP of international new media licensing for NBC Universal International Television Distribution, and prior to that served as VP of international business development for NBC Universal.

Chang was most recently director of international new media licensing for NBC Universal International Television Distribution, and first joined the company in 2004 as manager of international business development.
