Jetix Europe has appointed Daniel Wineman to the newly created position of director of original series and co-productions.
Wineman will join Jetix Europe this month, reporting to Marc Buhaj, SVP of programming for Jetix Europe and is charged with fortifying the Jetix brand throughout the development and production process.
Wineman joins Jetix Europe from Cartoon Network and Boomerang in the US, where he spent 10 years working across programming and scheduling. Most recently, he served as director of acquisitions and co-pros for Cartoon Network.
