Chapman Entertainment has appointed Telescreen to rep Roary the Racing Car in Benelux.

Roary the Racing Car launched on Nick Jr. in Benelux in March and Telescreen is now looking to expand the licensing program into a number of preschool categories.

Bandai is already on-board as the master toy licensee for the preschool series, which has been sold into more than 60 territories to date.
