Disney Interactive Studios has launched online community DGamer in North America. Leading the charge to the site is the brand-new Nintendo DS title The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian from Disney/WaldenMedia.

The House of Mouse’s DGamer is an online community developed exclusively for Disney video gamers. Players can now use their Nintendo DS handhelds to interact with each other while on the go via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and online through new website (www.DGamer.com).

The service is scheduled to be included at no additional cost with the purchase of subsequent Nintendo DS titles published by Disney. It’s also slated to start rolling out internationally by 2009.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (US$29.99) for Nintendo DS is currently available at US mass-market retailers.
