Entertainment Rights has appointed Fabian Milburn, former SVP of business operations at Oxygen Media, to the position of SVP of business affairs for North America and global digital.

Milburn will oversee all legal, administrative and business affairs for ER subsidiary’s Classic Media and Big Idea. In addition, he will lead the development of the overall group’s digital business, bringing the company’s brands and characters, including Where’s Waldo? Casper the Friendly Ghost, Gumby, George of the Jungle and She-Ra, to the digital realm.

Prior to joining Entertainment Rights, Milburn restructured Oxygen’s business & legal affairs division to become a full-service team, providing counsel and advice to emerging lines of business. He has also held various roles in business & legal affairs at MTV Networks, Fox Family Channel and Black Entertainment Television.
