Lagardere reorgs its channel operations

French publishing company Lagardere Active has redrawn its corporate blueprint to create a new division to house all of its French and international digital broadcasting interests.

French publishing company Lagardere Active has redrawn its corporate blueprint to create a new division to house all of its French and international digital broadcasting interests.

The group will comprise kidnets such as Gulli, Canal J, TiJi, Filles TV, as well as the company’s music channels, which include MCM, Mezzo and Virgin 17.

The France and International Television Operations division is to be headed up by Emmanuelle Guilbart, who will also continue to serve as CEO of the youth division and chairman and CEO of Gulli, Canal J and Canal J International.
