TV-Loonland dumps debt burden

Following the sales of the Hasbro Classic Library back to Hasbro and its interest in Metrodome Group to Bucharest, Romania-based MediaPro Management SA, Munich, Germany's TV-Loonland has notified its shareholders that it has repaid its bank debt of US$39 million and is now operating debt-free.

Following the sales of the Hasbro Classic Library back to Hasbro and its interest in Metrodome Group to Bucharest, Romania-based MediaPro Management SA, Munich, Germany’s TV-Loonland has notified its shareholders that it has repaid its bank debt of US$39 million and is now operating debt-free. The excess proceeds from the company’s two most recent transactions, valued at approximately US$1.9 million, is available for the company to use as it sees fit.
