Toyko-based Adness Entertainment has been busy signing a US broadcast and master toy deal for its Kamen Rider property.

The production company has licensed Kamen Rider Dragon Knight to 4Kids Entertainment for broadcast on TheCW4KidsSaturday morning block on The CW Network in 2008-9. Bandai America, meanwhile, will launch a comprehensive global toy line for the live-action franchise in the US in 2009. The line will include collectible action figures, vehicles and role-play lineup targeted at boys 6-11. The company has also taken global toy rights, excluding Asia.

The HD-CGI action series follows the adventures of teenage Kit Taylor, who discovers a mysterious deck of Advent Cards that give him the power to transform into a warrior called Kamen Rider.
