Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products is readying the first consumer products program based on its live-action tween series iCarly.

Anchoring the line is a CD from Nickelodeon Music iPlaylist, as well as apparel and electronics, which will be on retail shelves this summer. And a retail exclusive with Limited Too/Justice stores is in the works for July. The product assortment covers key tween categories such as apparel, stationery and electronics.

Additionally, the series will be hitting the DVD shelves in September with the launch of iCarly Season 1, Volume 1.

Consumer electronics licensee Imation is also putting a line of iCarly-themed products under the Npower label into Toys ‘R’ Us exclusively this fall. Look for web cams, camcorders, mp3 players and digital cameras in the initial shipment.
