• qubo kicks off its third-quarter programming with two new additions to its broadcast lineup and a new schedule. The Zula Patrol, a science-oriented animated series and the elephant king Babar join the new schedule and will debut on qubo’s broadcast blocks on ION Television on July 4 and on NBC on July 12 and Telemundo July 5,6.
• Tribe Pictures has launched original web series Get Fit With Alyson, starring Alyson Stoner from the upcoming Disney film Camp Rock. Designed to promote a healthy lifestyle, each three-minute webisode features Alyson leading other teens through an exercise routine.
• Disney Channel is going 3-D for the TV world premier of Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert on Saturday, July 26 and Wal-Mart’s US stores are handing out free 3-D glasses starting on July 5 so viewers can get the entire in-living room experience.
