People moves: TC Digital names new director

TC Digital Games, a subsidiary of 4Kids Entertainment, has named gaming vet Andi Smithers to the new position of director of technical development.

TC Digital Games, a subsidiary of 4Kids Entertainment, has named gaming vet Andi Smithers to the new position of director of technical development.

Smithers will oversee development of the company’s digital services, including media technology and format strategy as well as interoperability of digital services and devices.

He joins TC Digital Games from Sony Online Entertainment where he served as senior engineer in the research and development group.
