ITV has commissioned the literacy based 13 x 10-minute series Bookaboo!.

ITV has commissioned the literacy based 13 x 10-minute series Bookaboo!

The multi-platform live-action and animation series about a famous drum playing rock n’ roll puppy is being produced by Happy Films and will feature celebrity guest reading the pup a story in each episode.

The series will have additional support via the Bookaboo Book Club, live events and in-store promotions with its premiere coinciding with the UK’s National Year of Reading 2008 initiative.
