Teaching kids manners and social skills is both important and frustrating to parents. A recent survey conducted by Mom Central for Hasbro bears this out and, perhaps not so surprisingly, the toy giant has created a new collection of games to lend parents a helping hand.

The new Noodleboro game collection was created to help nurture preschoolers’ social skills, such as sharing and saying ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ through laughter and play. The study found that nearly 80% of US parents consider social skills, including sharing, listening well and having good manners to be more important than academic skills when it comes to their child’s overall happiness. However, only 52% of parents view their children’s skills as excellent. Each Noodleboro game focuses on one specific skill such as manners, listening or sharing in interaction with others.
