Singapore-based Sparky Animation has entered into a co-pro agreement with PorchLight Entertainment and Edinburgh, Scotland-based Grimply Films to develop a full-length CGI feature The Grimpley Brothers.
Currently the film is budgeted at US$22 million with the first phase of development, including story and script work, scheduled to be completed by December.
The complete animation production of the film will be done in Sparky Animation’s studios in Singapore and Beijing. PorchLight’s L.A. studio will take care of all pre- and post-production, with the feature being completed by Q1 2009.
