Sesame Workshop has tapped Andrew Ames to oversee its many international co-productions and special projects as VP of global production.

Ames recently produced a series of prime-time specials called Save Our History for The History Channel, and he also won an Emmy Award for his work on Reading Rainbow in 2001/2002.
