Zodiak Media has appointed ITV Studios Global Entertainment executive Jean-Philippe Randisi to the newly created position of CEO at Zodiak Kids.

Stepping into the new role this summer, Randisi will be responsible for the entire Zodiak Kids division, including its production houses – Marathon Media, Tele Images and The Foundation.

Currently EVP and director of consumer products at ITV Studios, he brings a wealth of experience in kids TV production, distribution and consumer products strategy.

Prior to joining ITV Studios, Randisi was SVP and MD of international for  Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products, a division of MTV Networks International, where he oversaw the companies operations outside of the US and Asia.

Zodiak Kids is home to a number of highly popular animated series, including The Ranch, Totally Spies! and Redakai. Over the past year, the media conglomerate has seen several executives leave the company across different departments, including former CEO of Zodiak UK Kids Nigel Pickard, who stepped down in April.
