Continuing to expand its sales team, indie global distributor Echo Bridge Entertainment has brought in Melissa Caron as VP of European sales.
She’ll be on deck at MIPTV next week to manage programming sales across all platforms in the region, focusing particularly on Spain, France, French-speaking Belgium and Portugal.
Caron comes to Echo Bridge with more than 15 years of experience at BBC Worldwide under her belt, most recently serving as director of developed territories for EMEA. As such, she managed the TV and publishing sales team for Western Europe, in addition to the consumer products division for Latin America.
