Moonscoop has brought on Bandai America as worldwide toy licensee for its new girl-skewing preschool property, Chloe’s Closet.
Bandai is basing its line on the 52 x 11-minute CGI series of the same name that’s set for an early 2010 premiere. The toyco now has the rights to create licensed activity sets, crafts, role-play toys and dress-up sets.
