Next month’s Brand Licensing Europe in London, will inevitably host a range of emerging children’s brands, and among them will be Hoho Rights’ new girls fashion property, Mimi & Bibi.

Aimed at girls aged five to nine, Mimi and Bibi are twins who are polar opposites, as Mimi is sweet and Bibi is the archetypal rebel. As such, the brand features elements of both sisters’ moral attitudes.

Products will initially launch at retail next year with fashion, stationery and gift lines, and coinciding online content is also planned for 2014. Mimi & Bibi already star in an interactive storytelling iPad app, which allows readers to follow the story from four different character points of view.

Hoho Rights is the commercial arm of London-based Hoho Entertainment, which is home to such girls’ series as the animated Cloudbabies.
