Looking to ramp up activities for Mr. Bean’s 20th anniversary in 2010, Tiger Aspect Productions has tapped RDF Rights as the property’s UK licensing agent.
The two-year contract will see RDF seeking licensing deals in territories where Tiger Aspect has no international agents. The two partners will be working to develop strong anniversary branding and create a range of new products to accompany a new HD TV special, while the original live-action series will be re-broadcast in new HD format, followed by special edition DVDs.
