Ragdoll welcomes new commercial director

Stephen Gould has been appointed by Ragdoll Worldwide to the newly created position of commercial director, where he will head up worldwide licensing efforts around Ragdoll properties including In the Night Garden, Teletubbies, Dipdap and The Adventures of Abney & Teal.

Stephen Gould has been appointed by Ragdoll Worldwide to the newly created position of commercial director, where he will  head up worldwide licensing efforts around Ragdoll properties including In the Night Garden, Teletubbies, Dipdap and The Adventures of Abney & Teal.

Effective immediately and based at Pinewood Studios in the UK, Gould comes to Ragdoll after his most recent stint as a principal at brand and licensing consultancy Bear Conran.

Prior to this position, he held a senior consultant role at RDF Media Group (now Zodiak Entertainment) and before that was co-managing director at 4Kids Entertainment International.

He also previously held executive positions at Kids Industries, Active Licensing Europe (formerly Saban Consumer Products), Fox Kids Europe and HIT Entertainment.

In his new remit, Gould will report to Ragdoll Worldwide CEO, Mark Hollingsworth.
