People moves: Johnny Kalangis joins marblemedia’s interactive arm

As the new creative director for Toronto, Canada-based marblemedia, Johnny Kalangis will be taking the lead on the interactive design process.

As the new creative director for Toronto, Canada-based marblemedia, Johnny Kalangis will be taking the lead on the interactive design process.

Kalangis will focus on storytelling across all platforms, working with the sales team to integrate new biz opps, spearheading a number of creative online projects in the interactive division. He’ll also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with broadcasters, portals, publishers, distributors and partners. Right now, his current projects include Skatoony, Stoked and Just Like Mom…and Dad.

He comes to marblemedia from Canuck pubcaster CBC as executive in charge of online original programming, and was producer for projects including The Mercer Report, Doctor Who and Being Erica.
