Just 13 days after UK-based boy-targeting online game brand Fight My Monster reached the one million player milestone across the UK and North America, the company has hired Izzy Neis as its VP of community and engagement working out of its recently opened San Francisco office.

Reporting directly to CEO Dominic Williams, Neis, who is an expert in safety around gaming for kids, will be responsible for executing the company’s user engagement strategy around Fight My Monster’s million plus player-base of boys ages eight to 12 and its parent group totaling more than 100,000.

Prior to her new role, Neis was VP of user engagement at Everloop, director of user engagement for Gazillion Entertainment, and has had stints with Marvel, Disney, DreamWorks, LEGO, and National Geographic.
