As 2011 winds to a close, it’s time to look back and see how far you traveled this year.  Don’t make a single New Year’s resolution for 2012 before you’ve paused to really take stock of how you’ve grown and what you’ve accomplished and learned in 2011.

In two weeks, I’ll help you get ready for 2012, but right now, let’s focus on 2011 for a little longer.  Plan a quiet hour to yourself to answer these questions – or invite a friend for a cappuccino and interview each other.  (Remember to take notes and swap at the end!)

You may be amazed by all that 2011 gave to you!  Now is the time to celebrate your successes, name those “lessons learned” and appreciate all the people and experiences that made this year special.
