Biplano to handle MGA licenses

Spanish licensing agency Biplano, which manages licenses for Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Lucasfilm and Paramount in the territory, has aligned with California-based toy company and licensor MGA Entertainment.

Spanish licensing agency Biplano, which manages licenses for Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Lucasfilm and Paramount in the territory, has aligned with California-based toy company and licensor MGA Entertainment.

The deal covers licensing rights in Spain, France and Portugal for the Bratz brand, which targets girls ages six to 10, the Lalaloopsy brand for girls ages four to six, and the Little Tikes toy brand for kids up to 12 years old.

The partnership aims to grow the brands in Iberia and France.
